The purchase of travel and/or other products on this Web site constitutes an agreement between you and EBN Destinations Inc. The following terms and conditions form part of such agreement.

1. Responsibility of EBN Destinations

EBN Destinations makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided on this Web site.

EBN Destinations sole objective is to sell timeshares from the resorts we purchased nights in advance and in facilitate the bookings and purchases in due form.

​

After you have completed your reservation request on the web site, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 (twenty four) hours confirming whether the resort has availability and up to 4 (four) days later EBN Destinations will send your Reservation Confirmation from the resort.

You, the user, attest that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

You also confirm that all information supplied by you, members of your family and/or fellow travellers is true and accurate.

 

2. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to enquire on, and obtain, all required travel documents. EBN Destinations is not liable for any and all consequences of inappropriate or missing travel documents.

A valid passport is mandatory for all travel outside your Country. Some countries require that your passport be valid for six months beyond the date of your return.

 

3. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices

All prices, unless specified otherwise, are in American dollars. Prices may be increased at any time and for any reason.

 

Payment Methods

All reservation requests are subject to a 40% deposit paid at the time of submission of the reservation request. Your credit card account will be debited. You agree to comply with booking terms and conditions whether or not you have manually signed an invoice or receipt. The balance remainder shall be paid when you check in at the resort. Failure to provide a valid credit card or Identification documents at check in may result in the resort cancelling your reservation and decline service.  
 

Cancellation and modification

This transaction is final, non-refundable unless cancelled within 24 (twenty four) hours from the time you submitted the reservation request. If you wish to change dates or include/remove guests from the reservation, please email info@ebndestinations.com and mention your reservation number along with the request. All requests are subject to the availability at the resort and must be sent at least 10 (ten) days prior to your check in date.

 

4. Liability for Products & Services and Customer Advisory

You acknowledge that EBN Destinations acts as a middle-person between you and carriers, hotels, tour operators and other service/product providers selected by you. Consequently, EBN Destinations cannot be held liable towards you or your fellow travellers for the services rendered, and/or the products offered, by such third party providers. EBN Destinations shall not be liable and assumes no risk for the obligations, or any default or negligence, of third-party providers and for any damages including, among other things, damages due to delay, cancellation, loss of goods, sickness, injury, accident, quality of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, acts of God or force majeure.

Outside of your country, living standards and local practices, as well as conditions with respect to the provision of services and accommodation, may differ from those to which you are accustomed.

Images featured on this Web site are for information purposes only: images and other graphic content should not be relied upon for the purposes of your booking and cannot be considered as part of this agreement.
